A Facial Lift that Works!

A while ago we learned how to give ourselves a facial lift massage and since doing it we were wowed by the results. While using the Skin Doctors Instant Facelift cream, we share with you the movements and benefits of taking care of your skin by doing this five-minute massage.

Step 1: Start by your neck, you are going to use your fingers around it and create a downwards movement with a little bit of pressure. One of the main benefits of facial massage is its ability to improve the overall appearance of the skin. This will improve skin sagging and texture.


Step 2: To snatch your jawline before having your make up done and some contouring, create a scissor movement using your fingers and repeat it upwards eight times. Facial massages increase blood flow, while also starting lymphatic drainage in your face to flush out waste and toxins. This will keep your skin healthy and plumped.


Step 3: Do you want your nose to look slimmer? Apply a little bit of pressure with your fingers massaging it upwards. This will improve the blood flow and relieve sinus. This massage will also tone the muscles and release tension.


Step 4: When applying any cream to your face you must always massage it upwards. To give your cheeks a lymphatic drainage and eliminate toxins, open your palms and repeat the upwards movement shown eight times on each side.


Step 5: This is one of our favourite movements because it really gives you that eye-lift result. Using the tip of your fingers, apply a little bit of pressure on the top of your eyebrows pushing it upwards eight times on each side. Also, do the same movement in the middle of your forehead while applying an extra later of skin tightening cream.

By massaging your skin weekly, you will improve the skin suppleness, release muscle tension in the forehead and jaw. A face massage can help to tighten the skin and underlying muscles and reduce expression lines and wrinkles. The best thing about it is that with only a little bit of diligence, you will see the results quite quickly.
