So maybe what started out as a worrying issue has now spread globally and is a... very, very worrying issue. The WHO (World Health Organisation) recently announce that the Coronavirus outbreak is now classed as a pandemic.
At this time we understand that many people are uncertain and feel anxious about the issue at hand. But how can you help?
For some, staying home and isolating yourself may become uncomfortable if you suffer from anxiety. But for a lot of you, working from home might be a great way to invest some extra 'me time'. Fatigue at home can be a real problem, especially when you're busy with work but don't have the office environment to keep you motivated.
