Top Products of 2018

December 27, 2018

Hello beauty lovers! It's that time of the year that we think about all the fun, hard work (errr mistakes) and reflect what was good and bad in 2018. It's also time to learn and make sure that moving forward, we are not only looking our best but feeling our best too. We asked our HQ Squad what did they learn in 2018 and what were the beauty products that made their life much more glam this year.

In 2018 I've learned to... myself and to never compare myself to anyone, we all have imperfections but we learn to love them.

Sabrina , UK Manager

Beauty Favourites:

"The Fenty Beauty lip gloss smells amazing and last for ages, the Glam Glow moisturiser is a great base for your makeup and it goes a long way. As for foundation, Nars can help you to go from day time to night really easily and the Morphe highlighters has a colour for every skin tone. I also liked how Revolution stepped up their game this year and came out with very pigmented blushers and last but not least, the Anastasia Beverly Hills palette has a diversity of colours that left me really impressed!"

In 2018 I've learned to...

... value myself and have the confidence to know my worth in my work life. I have also made extra time to respect and support all of my gorgeous colleagues within the beauty industry.

Rebecca, UK Coordinator

Beauty Favourites:

"The Too Faced blushers blend so well and you need so little product, the Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow is perfect as a natural base and it creates a lovely glow if you don't wear too much makeup. For foundation Fenty Beauty came out with such an airbrushed finish and I love to combine it with the Tom Ford highlighter because is super pigmented and is perfect for a night out. The Eyeko pen eyeliner is very easy to create sharp lines and I love to finish off with the Buxom lipgloss as it has an amazing plump effect without the surgery!"

 In 2018 I've learned to...

... understand that even though you might not get the same support back, it's really important to keep supporting other women no matter what and that at the right time, the right people will stay in your life. Positivity is really important and your inner circle has a massive effect in how your career/life grows.

Keila, CEO

Beauty Favourites:

"I have to say Jeffree Star has been such a nice discovery this year, I absolute love the super "blinding" highlighters and OMG the pigmentation on the Pat Mcgrath palettes got me equally shook. I would not go to bed without the Kiehls night oil and the Dose of colours lipstick has to be one of the smoothest I've ever tried. I am not a foundation person so the Charlotte Tilbury Magic foundation is perfect because it looks natural and I love to combine it with he Nars cheek palette as its versatile and very, very, very pigmented."
